Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organisation running strong. With so many offerings, you have the opportunity to develop your career as an Executive Assistant through a broad scope of engagements, mentoring and formal learning. That’s how we develop outstanding leaders who team to deliver on our promises to all of our stakeholders, and in so doing, play a critical role in building a better working world for our people, for our clients and for our communities. Sound interesting? Well this is just the beginning. Because whenever you join, however long you stay, the exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.

As part of our Executive Assistant (EA) Trainee program you will develop solid administration skills by learning from, and working with, some of our most experienced EAs. Our EA Trainee Program consists of:

·  A comprehensive induction program
·  5 weeks of on-the-job training in our Business Support Centre to get you familiar with our technology and processes
·  A month-long rotation through each of our four service lines, where you will build your understanding of our business and our clients

You will be allocated a mentor, as well as a coach from each part of the business to offer the support and guidance you need as you move through each rotation. Upon successful completion of the program you will join our team as an entry level EA.

About you

To be eligible to apply for our EA Trainee Program, you will have:

·  A Diploma of Business Administration or Certificate IV of Business Administration (desirable) and relevant work experience in a customer facing role ( such as hotel reception and/or other administration roles)
·  Energy, enthusiasm, confidence, and a “can do” attitude!
