Full Job Title: Document Management Specialist, Assurance Services – Forensic & Integrity Services - Information Governance - Life Sciences (Manager ) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, San Francisco, CA.

Implement and administer enterprise-wide document management systems and related procedures that allow pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology and diagnostic industry clients to capture, store, retrieve, share, and destroy electronic records and documents. Analyze data to identify and resolve operational problems. Assist clients in their complex, large-scale Information Governance engagements, including building high performing teams, managing risks, and independent professional skepticism. Apply advanced skills in Big Data visual analytics, enterprise archives, records management, data disposition and contextual data classification methodologies to develop procedures for data management. Utilize life sciences industry knowledge to monitor regulatory activity to maintain compliance with records and document management laws. Write, review, and execute plans for testing new or established document management systems.

Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

 
Full time employment, Monday– Friday,40hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Law, Data Sciences, Data Governance, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.

Alternatively, must have a Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Law, Data Sciences, Data Governance, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.

Must have 3 years of experience in enterprise information governance for Big Data environments including a combination of the following: data discovery & classification, data archiving, data disposal, data protection, computer fraud and forensic investigations; OR 3 years of experience in electronic discovery with a professional services firm or a technology company.

Must have at least 1 year of experience implementing data archiving and information governance processes for health care, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology or diagnostic industry.

Must have 3 years of experience utilizing Index Engines, NoSQL, Hadoop, HDInsights, Mongo, InfoArchive, Tableau, Kibana or other information governance and visual data analytics tools.

Must have 4 years of program development and implementation experience for data archiving administrative and technical controls to manage critical data.

Must have 2 year of experience in developing detailed work plans, managing multiple projects, and leading two or more team members.

 

Requires up to at least 75% travel to serve client needs.
