Job description

Cyber threats, social media, massive data storage, privacy requirements and continuity of the business as usual require heavy information security measures. As a security professional, you will lead the implementation of security solutions for our clients and support the clients in their desire to protect the business. You will belong to an international connected team of specialists helping our clients with their most complex information security needs and contributing toward their business resilience. You will be working with our Advanced Security Centres to access the most sophisticated tools available to fight against cybercrime.

About the opportunity

We enhance performance through creating risk-enabled organisations. We help clients identify important risks, design frameworks to manage them and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of risk management.

As a member of the cyber security team, you will be addressing client issues such as business performance variability, business and process controls transformation; application security integrity, governance, risk and control (GRC) technology enablement, business and/or IT GRC, continuous monitoring, vendor and contract risk management and IT risk management. You will belong to an international network of specialists helping our clients transform risk functions and implement technology solutions that support risk management and governance.

Your key responsibilities  

Working in our Cyber Security team you will:
·  Be involved in technical security architecture services for many of our largest global clients
·  Identify security gaps in solution designs and design practical solutions to remediate them
·  Be dedicated to operational and delivery excellence

About you  

You are a driven cyber security professional with a track record of delivering successful projects, both as an individual contributor and leader. You are highly motivated and willing to work in a rapidly evolving environment and are passionate and flexible to work in a team.

Your ability to deliver successful cyber security engagements is only exceeded by your strong interpersonal, communication skills in developing and maintaining trust with clients, peers and team members. Finally, there must be substance and integrity to you as a professional; you are first and foremost a cyber-security practitioner with the knowledge and experience to provide industry best-practice advice to clients.

Ideally you'll have experience with a globally recognised professional services firm or large corporations with industry experience in four or more of the following areas:

·  Privacy, data protection and Information Security concepts
·  Experience in assessing an implementing security and risk standards including ISO 2701-2, PCI DSS, NIST, ITIL, COBIT, IRAP, PSPF, AS/NZS 4360
·  Systems security skills in assessment, design, architecture, management and reporting application control and security implementation, program and project delivery design, architecture and solution design, industry related certification required (e.g. CPA/CA)

 

You will also have  
·  At least 2-8 years of professional experience in either a technical IT Risk or an IT Security consulting role. This is ideally with a Big 4 background or large IT/Security professionalservices firm (preferably in the financial Sector)
·  A Bachelor's and/or post graduate degree in computer science, information systems, technology, engineering, or a related major
·  Broad knowledge and experience in the Information Security & Cyber Security domain
·  Exposure to Sailpoint, Oracle Identity Manager and CyberArk will be a bonus
·  An understanding of the Financial & Banking Sector
·  Strong project management, negotiation and interpersonal skills
·  Sales and relationship development experience
·  Exceptional written and verbal communication
·  Excellent documentation and presentation skills
·  Proficiency in MS Office
·  Strong analytical and creative skills
·  Have a drive to build a team and grow your cyber security career to the next level
·  Be willing to travel as required

You will impress us with your technical skills, however, it will be your strong communication skills, ability to build and develop relationships and commitment to delivering excellence in client service that will stand you apart.

In addition  
·  The successful candidate must hold or be willing to pursue related professional certificationssuch as the CISSP, CISM, and/or CISA.
·  Experience and/or willingness to work in cross sector
