Job description

Job Summary:

The Coordinator on the TSS Operations department is an essential role within WEM Talent Shared Services. This role is responsible for fulfilling the following activities:
·  LSE (Local Service Enabler) of GHRS for both The Netherlands and Belgium)
·  Managing all interface issues of the interfaces between GHRS and all relevant other relevant systems
·  Managing the setup of HR setup tables for The Netherlands and Belgium
·  Backup of the Tool Champion of the Dutch Local HR System (LHRS)
·  Involved in all relevant projects where mass data is required to be changed, added or deleted in both GHRS and LHRS
This role enables TSS in The Netherlands, TSS in Belgium and GDS in Poland to be able to work with up-to-date setup data (master data) in GHRS.

 
Essential Functions of the Job:
·  Participate in various national and (occasionally) international HR projects related to control, process management, and People systems.
·  Implement project plans related to control, process management, and People systems and monitor the underlying processes.
·  Actively contribute to the review and further optimization of processes.
·  Ensure the (further) optimizing and managing of data in the People systems.
·  Contribute to functional specifications of People Data Reports
·  Translating the needs of the internal customer to functional specifications, thereby acting as a link between IT and the customer.
·  Responsible for the quality of People systems (currently GHRS (PeopleSoft) and LHRS (Hunite)
·  Maintains regular contact with representatives of the user organization to inventory their wishes and requirements of the People systems.
·  Is responsible for (project-based) activities such as translating demands and requirements in a RFC or in functional specifications in system design, conducting and coordinating acceptance testing and implementation of new or changed features in the People systems.
·  Responsible for the content of incoming and outgoing interfaces of People systems (such as ACR Payroll, Zorg van de Zaak,  FBS, gT&E)
·  Responsible for the content of the "master tables" in the People systems.
·  Responsible the authorization to People systems and the authorization profiles.
·  Manages and maintains the user documentation with respect to People systems and processes.
·  Supports or provides training (and training materials) for the attention of People systems.
·  Communicates to the user organization in the field of modified functionalities or tables in the People systems.

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
·  All change requests should initially be reviewed by the Coordinator TSS Operations. This review should be done in line with the Global Policy of Business Operations and should be in line with the functional scope of GHRS.
·  For all approved changes the impact on existing data in GHRS should be analyzed and appropriate actions should be initiated to ensure that the data is up-to-date according to the approved changes.
·  Review of security requests. Any request should be in line this the privacy protocol of the relevant country.
·  For relevant projects stakeholders should be identified and initiation should take place to discuss the impact of the project

 

 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:  

Language skills:      Fluency in Dutch and English
System Knowledge:           HR systems (preferably) PeopleSoft), reporting and
Query tools and Excel is seen as a clear advantage.

Job Requirements:
 

Education:
Minimal Bachelor, preferably Master level in (Technical) Business Economics or IT.

 

Experience:
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in a commercially driven and service-and
customer-oriented service) environment.
