Are you a strategic digitalcommunications advisor?
 


We’re looking for a social media communications professional — with marketing,social media and digital engagement experience — to define and executeimpactful and compelling strategies, plans and materials to communicate toemployees and potential employees. We work hand in hand with the business tobuild awareness of our services and solutions; to bring our purpose — building a better working world — to life for our people, clients andcommunities; to engage our people and build a high performing culture; and tobuild the commercial value and emotional resonance of the EY and the EYGlobal Delivery Services (GDS) brand.

 

Wework in a fast-paced, global environment, to deliver integrated marketing andinternal communications programs. We are responsible for campaign design andcontent development for a variety of internal and external channels to contribute to and lead global programs that help EY people understand GDS and to enhanceour reputation in the market.

·  You should be wellversed in digital, social media communications trends and techniques, and canapply those within the EY environment. You must be able to developmeasurement and evaluation tools, using these metrics inform communicationsand channel decisions to stakeholders.
·  We need a strategicthinker, confident writer and editor, and a strong relationship builder topromote our services within GDS and to help build the GDS brand in themarket. Work in virtual teams and manage a range of and GDS communicationsprograms/ initiatives. You will work with a variety of stakeholders tounderstand key priorities and objectives; and then create engagingcommunication and social media products and campaigns.
·  You will manage socialmedia and employee advocacy programs, developing and maintaining contentacross internal EY and GDS channels, including social media. And you coordinateall marketing communications work between our team, in-house designers,vendors and editorial groups across EY.

 

 

Experience

·  5-7 years in socialmedia and digital communications.

·  Experience in handlingsocial media – strategizing, creating, developing and executing campaigns forlarge matrix organizations. 

Qualificationand education

Bachelor’s or master’sdegree in marketing, journalism, communications or public relations

·  Influence various departments and teamsin GDS on how to effectively use digital and social communications channelsto make an impact with audiences

·  Support in implementing strategies for
major brand initiatives and campaigns

·  Successfully perform in a fast-paced,intellectually intense, service-oriented environment

·  Upkeep EY’s values and culture

·  Create social media plan (paid &organic) to increase reach and engagement among targeted audience

·  Manage GDS social media properties, promoteGDS employee and recruitment brand to attract potential talent pool to GDSand to enhance our reputation in the market

·  Develop key messaging and tactics to engageGDS audiences

·  Effective use of different social channels
·  Use metrics and measurement tools toanalyse the impact of various communications; making modifications wherenecessary
