SAP Fieldglass Techno Functional Consultant  

·  Consultants should have the below skills & expertise:
·  SAP Fieldglass Application Support/ Implementation Experience 3-5 Years
·  Customer Support and Incident Resolution Possess exceptional customer service and oral/ written communication skills
·  Provide functional application support and resolution to customers inquiries
·  Play a critical role in customer success and their realization of SAP Fieldglass value
·  Present SAP Fieldglass in a positive and fair manner with knowledgeable answers and timely updates
·  Diagnose and anticipate customer learning needs and recommend appropriate references
·  Collaborate, coordinate, and escalate on customer issues by acting as a customer advocate while working with all departments
·  Use effective questioning techniques to understand customer business requirements and provide relevant configuration options
·  Provide Support to Customers during Fieldglass Upgrades
·  Certification in Fieldglass Functional or Technical is added advantage

Added Advantage:

·  Fair Understanding of the processes and configuration pertaining to SAP SuccessFactors/SAP on Premise/SAP Concur/Integrations will be an added advantage 

Basic Qualification:

·  BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience.
·  2-5 years of relevant experience in SAP Fieldglass

Eligibility:

·  Candidate must have done at least one end to end implementation.
·  Excellent communication and presentation skills
·  Good Analysis and troubleshooting skills
