The opportunity

We currently are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to support EY’s Automation Technology delivery team.  You will work closely with your teammates, performing systems analysis, analysis of client requirements, configuration of software technology solutions based on system design specifications, development of software technology solutions, enabling clients, ensuring system quality, as well as other computer-related activities in the practice.

Your key responsibilities

We focus on IT Transformation and Integration where your target is computer-related, system driven with an emphasis on empowering our clients with the ability to automate and streamline their core processes. You will work collaboratively with our clients to establish and assist with the implementation of a business-driven vision for their IT functions. Our aim is, with our clients, to establish a business driven vision for the future of their IT software systems and processes with a focus on leading Automation software technologies.

Skills and attributes for success
·  Apply system analysis techniques and procedures including interviewing various resources to gather required information, analyzing and documenting requirements.
·  Determine software or system functional specifications that allow for the successful development/configuration of select Automation software solutions.
·  Designing, building and documenting queries to analyze data from various sources.
·  Participating in designing, development, documentation, analysis, creation, or modification of computer systems.
·  Designing, developing, and documenting data security and controls.
·  Participating in testing, whether application, system, integration and / or end user testing.
·  Developing specific skills with software packages from leading enterprise application vendors
·  Demonstrating ability to digest, incorporate and leverage new knowledge relative to the client(s) Automation software development/configuration needs
To qualify for the role you must have
·  A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management or a related field.
·  A minimum of 1 years of post-bachelor's work experience.
·  Keen attention to detail, Problem Solving and strong Analytical Skills.
·  After completing practice supplied training, must pass certification exams which allows for certification in specific Robotics technologies
·  Some computer software configuration or development experience in any of the following technologies: Visual Basic, Java, Perl, Python, Objective C, C++, C, .NET
Ideally, you’ll also have
·  Knowledge of Excel
·  Rudimentary knowledge and experience regarding different types of databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, Access, Oracle, DB2, etc.
