EY's Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) department offers companies professional transaction experience, from the strategic analysis phase of the transaction lifecycle, through execution, to transaction integration. 

 

Within the EU Infrastructure Advisory Team, part of the EY's Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), as a result of our continuous and successful growth in this specific consulting space, we currently offer a career opportunity for an Administrative Assistant.

 

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

To provide support in the following main areas:


1.
Travels & Logistics

· 
Arranging the travels with the contracted agency

· 
Liaising with the travelers regarding their choice of options, handling modifications

· 
Expenses follow-up (logging, monthly overviews)

2. Office management

· 
Handling the meeting rooms booking

· 
Expenses related to running the office (stationery, beverages)

· 
Reacting to the demand for equipment, seeking resolution of the IT issues with EY Helpdesk

· 
Events/meetings organization and catering

· 
All-round support with any issues related to the quality and organization of the services by Regus (office provider)

· 
Keeping track of the badges, access passes, coffee cards, keys

3. Other administrative support

· 
Assisting with archiving – electronic documents + hard copies

· 
Any other help on the ongoing basis

 

Profile

· 
You have obtained a Bachelor Degree in Office Management/Languages;

· 
You gained a first experience (2-4 years) in a similar support role, preferably a first experience withinEuropean Affairs/policies;

· 
You have excellent organization skills, able to successfully handle multiple tasks at the same time and to prioritize

· 
You are professional, details oriented, flexible and able to work under tight deadlines

· 
The ability to work well unsupervised and use initiative where required.

· 
Strong Microsoft skills, especially with Excel

· 
You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English (oral and written). Further language skills would be an asset.

· 
  The position will be based in Brussels EU district / Diegem
