Background to Corporate Secretarial Support Services 

The Corporate Secretarial Support Services team provides quality services to different types of entities. We help our clients understand and manage their corporate governance compliance and reporting obligations responsibly and proactively. We provide solutions to assist them to handle various kinds of corporate challenges and maintain effective relationships with the authorities.

 

Responsibilities:

•      Assist in providing corporate secretarial compliance and advisory services to the clients

•     Assist in conducting company searches and different kinds of researches on corporate matters

•      Support and assist in the client’s engagement implementation

•      Follow up the tasks assigned by the management

 

Entry requirements

•      Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in final year of study

•      Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese

•      Strong analytical, teamwork and organizational skills

•      Positive attitude and enthusiasm in the performance of responsibilities

 

Internship period and duration

 

•     September to December 2018
