Ericsson Hungary is looking for Test Lead.

Ericsson Expert Analytics is a powerful new tool offered to telecom operators producing immediately actionable customer insights in real time.

Backed by specialized metrics for predicting customer satisfaction, Ericsson Expert Analytics provides the kind of deep understanding of customer behavior that allows service providers to proactively improve experience, satisfaction and average revenue per user.

We are expanding our Budapest Expert Analytics development and support organization.

We work in small teams that use Agile methodology to keep up in a fast paced business environment, we closely cooperate with Ericsson Research, customer units and service delivery organization.

Our product platform combines Big Data methodologies and solutions with our unique complex event processing to create a state of the art analytics and decision management system.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare the overall test strategy for the whole product lifecycle
- Drive (together with the test architects) to execute the test strategy implementation
- Monitor the testing results, make/suggest adjustments and lead improvement activities in test area
- Define and track critical KPIs of test efficency and product qualilty
- Define the needed testing environment to be available for the different testing phases
- Create awerness of the complete E2E testing flow throughout the whole organization
- Lead the test architect board meetings and mentor the test architects

Key Qualifications:

- Having proven experience leading quality improvements in an agile environment
- 5+ Years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance with strong test automation using Java
- 3+ Years of experience in Test Coordination
- Experience with Continuous Deployment and Continuous Integration
- Experience with Big Data technologies
- Solid Java and Python knowledge
- Experience working with the following tools: Git, Jira, Jenkins, Docker
- Hands on mentality and experience with cloud-based environments (Microservices, MS Azure or Amazon Web Services)
- Advanced English language knowledge
- High level understanding of agile methodology
- Good communication skills
- Strong coordination skills
