Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Team Coach to support our team maturing and to be capable delivering in time fulfilling the highest possible product quality standards. You will work on backlog item as part of the development team. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work. Your role will be to support the team to make it happen, including effective facilitation of team ceremonies, guiding the team members to understand and embarace Agile methodologies, promote and remind the team for decision that have been made together, align the way of workign with external parties.

Responsibilities:

·  Support the team to focus on reaching team and product goals
·  Effectively facilitate agile team ceremonies
·  Actively working on removing impediments
·  Improving the way of working to maximize team performance
·  Work as a member of the team on backlog items

Key Qualifications:

·  Education: University degree in engeneering or equivalent experiences
·  Min years of experience: 1-2 years
·  Domain experience: Agile, Lean, Coaching is an advantage, Cloud, Java, Scala, Test Environments, Scripting
·  Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
·  Working with people and networking
·  Innovating, adapting and responding to change

·  Good command of oral and written English
