What we offer

We will once more run our internship program during the summer of 2017 in which students get the opportunity to participate and get insight into our daily work. Taking part in the Summer Internship Program means a unique opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge into practice. Moreover, you will be exposed to a global organization that develops cutting edge technology that truly changes the world. Our non-hierarchal culture will let you engage with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

We believe that an internship should give you a more in-depth knowledge about our organization via presentations and other fun activities during the summer. You will start your internship with an orientation day that will provide you with necessary information about Ericsson as a company, our culture and our ways of working. Furthermore, it will give you the chance to get to know the other summer interns and create your own network within Ericsson. During your internship, you will work on challenging tasks that are based on real business needs, relevant to your skill sets, and where you will be able to contribute to the Network Society.

Last year more than 400 students enrolled in our Summer Internship Program in Sweden.

What we look for

We are looking for students that are curious about the ICT industry. Successful applicants are driven, open minded and have the ability to work well independently as well as together with others. Moreover, a lot of the positions will have a technical orientation so students studying ICT related programs such as computer science, IT engineering, applied physics or electro engineering will have an advantage. Being the fifth largest software company in the world also means that passionate programmers are highly attractive to us.

Good communication skills in English is a must.
