Currently, for Application Development and Maintenance unit that is responsible for cooperation preparing applications and providing services to external customers we are looking for SQL Developer to work in our offices in Lodz and Cracow.

Our employees in ADMO department work for global and local projects with building relationships with business and co-workers within international environment.

SQL Developer

Key Responsibilities:

·  data analyze, data management, Management Information Reporting,
·  maintenance of the fluency of the application performance to keep them performing in accordance with technical and functional specifications, mainly by:
·  daily monitoring of the ETL processes,
·  verifying the data quality and availability,
·  bug fixing
·  as the highest support line providing complete solutions for the end users.
·  help resolve data issues, troubleshoot system problems, Incidents' root cause analysis to find well known problems.
·  take problem definition and extract supporting data to identify problem root cause by creating reports and performing data analysis in a fast pace and on-demand environment
·  bug reporting and fixing
·  operational acceptance testing: as per new features before delivery to customer
·  providing presales technical / functional support to customers while ensuring customer satisfaction
·  cooperation with other teams i.e.: lower support line, different development teams in terms of receiving and providing the support and information Service Manager
·  analysis of the sprint roadmap that includes participation in the meetings with a customer; visiting the customer for workshops (once in a quarter), as a part of continuous improvement of delivered products.

Key Qualifications:

·  at least one year's experience in MS SQL Server Management Studio 2012 or newer.
·  very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel, PowerPivot, Visual Studio),
·  strong analytical skills and eye for detail,
·  excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
·  good time-management,
·  ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines,
·  experience in a variety of Management Information Production,
·  interest in developing reporting/ETL/BI solutions
·  experience working with end user customers
·  ability to clearly communicate technical details to business and management personnel
·  relevant University degree (Economics, Engineering, or Science),
·  fluency in English – written and spoken

Nice-to-have:

·  knowledge of methodologies: SCRUM, ITIL, Sprint Driven Development,
·  general overview of Microsoft Azure system,
·  knowledge of MS SQL services (including SSAS, SSIS, SSRS),
·  experience in MS SharePoint,
·  knowledge of Power BI, VBA,
·  ability to adjust to new systems selected by a customer.
