配合当地客户销售经理加强在思维领导力方面的客户关系,发现并把握销售机会。Work together with local sales organization to strengthen the customer intimacy through the leadership of thinking, to develop and secure the sales opportunities.

岗位职责:

Job Responsibility

·  代表网络服务部门(NES)专注于支持本地(本省)的服务销售。
·  • Representing Network Services (NES) to support local service sales in the province
• ·  Proactively collect and interpret relevant market and customer needs and provide timely feedback to local service sales responsible team in the province and sales support team within Service Line, to improve the market and customer understanding and to create more sales opportunities.
• ·  Play as a key communicative channel between sales organization and the service organization in the province, equipped with good understanding of service portfolio and solutions, effectively promote end-to-end communication, and efficiently promote the competitive product solutions to the customers
• ·  To enhance customer recognition and understanding upon Ericsson’s service portfolio and solution in the province.
• ·  To support sales organizations developing business opportunities, improve service value recognition; and to develop local culture and capability of selling services;
• ·  Actively participate in the customer marketing activities in the province, to establish good customer intimacy and customer understanding.
·  参与构建和管理本地(本省)网络服务销售渠道,跟踪每个销售机会,致力于提高服务订单 (OB)的增长。
·  To support local account managing Network Service Sales Funnel in the province, follow up sales opportunity and improve service sales order (OB) growth.
• ·  To participate discussing and developing local service sales plan in the province, enhance service sales evolution, proactively engage and secure service line’s participation and contribution to provincial service sales.
• ·  Participate, support and coordinate local customer service procurement (tendering) for all service lines

• ·  Experience in service solutions, service delivery or service sales, and a deep understanding of China's telecommunications services market
• ·  Depth understanding of telecom service entity, product solutions, tools & process and people & organization
• ·  Strong market and customer sensitivity, stronger ability to discover sales opportunities
• ·  High level verbal expression skill, writing skill and presentation skill
• ·  Good teamwork spirit, communication and team organizational skills
• ·  Basic knowledge and or experience in contract management, bidding, commercial and financial areas

最低资历要求:

Minimum qualification

• ·  Bachelor degree or above, major in telecommunications, business management or similar
·  在服务销售或者服务交付领域拥有3-5年的业内经验
·  3-5 years of experience in service sales or service delivery
• ·  Proficient in English (written and spoken)
