a)This candidate was working in Bharti SRF team, handling SRF tasks & responsibility and he is a critical resource to the project and Project deliverables will get impacted.
b) Current team utilization is more than 100% and to ensure smooth service delivery, replacement of already resigned employee is needed. Any delay in hiring of resource will impact the overall service delivery to the customer.
c) If the resource is not hired then the overall and timely delivery can't be ensured as per business requirement.
d) Currently customer network is undergoing huge transformation and due to this the work volume in SRF is very high. If the resources are not hired then the work cannot be completed within desired timelines

1. Agreed WLA activities would be affected.
2. Released resource was productive and expert in the required field hence need to be backfilled to ensure quantity and quality of service delivery.
