Responsibilities of this role include:

·  Performance monitoring
·  Expanding sites
·  Migrating users
·  Improving processes and ways of working
·  Participating in customer discussions
·  Taking ownership to follow up on issues and escalations
·  Interfacing and collaborating with other Manages Services teams and project teams as required
·  Able to troubleshoot RF faults, perform interference analysis and provide recommendations
·  Ensuring the timely and efficient execution of tasks

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

·  A Bachelors/Masters in Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering or similar
·  Demonstrable experience in a vendor or operator telecommunications project
·  Minimum 5 Years of experience in wireless networks with at least 3 years in LTE.
·  Design & Optimisation experience with Ericsson Radio products
·  Strong performance management and troubleshooting experience
·  Experience with Ericsson MSDP tools such as ITK, ENIQ, moshell and AMOS.
·  Understanding of Spectrum/Radio licensing
·  Understanding of interference challenges
·  Able to work under pressure and deliver results within tight timeframes
·  Good communication, knowledge sharing and team-oriented approach

Additional attributes that will be favourable:

·  Radio Planning tools knowledge/experience such as Atoll, Asset, Planet or UNET.
·  Basic understanding of Transmission engineering
·  Experience working on Fixed Wireless Networks, particularly with LTE TDD
·  Programming skills, particularly in languages such as VBA (Excel), Python or SQL.
·  Have been involved in projects with Radio Network Expansion activities
·  Knowledge of Australian telecommunications environment (eg ACMA regulations, RFNSA and EME compliance requirements)
·  Experience working in an operator or managed services environment with a strong focus on end user service continuity
