Real Estate Manager, Workplace Experience-NALA:

We are looking for a Corporate Real Estate Professional to join the Americas Real Estate Leadership team as Real Estate Manager, Workplace Experience - NALA (North America, Latin America) . In this role you will ensure that workplace operations of Ericsson premises meet end user needs as defined by Group, Hub and Region Leadership. You will be the Ericsson Workplace Design (EWD) champion working with local and regional stakeholders to align local REFM activities with regional and country strategies/operations/businesses

This position leads the application of innovative solutions at Ericsson by designing, developing and securing deployment of strategies, policies, processes and tools in the Real Estate area of workplace experience. Global & region negotiations with external stakeholders as required (ex. Landlords, FM providers, builders, technical consultants etc). Ensures consistency and globalization, manages global suppliers and provides expert advice in own area (Premises, Design, Building Projects, FM, Workspace Management).

You will align the regional or local strategies/operation/business and REFM activities within:

·  Real Estate/Portfolio
·  Workplace Design
·  Construction projects
·  Facilities Management Services
·  Energy/Environment

The Opportunity:

In workplace expertise we have five different areas of expertise: Premises, Facility Management, Design/Architecture, Building Projects, Workspace Management. These are the group experts and shall:

·  Develop expertise area strategy & design
·  Drive implementation of Workplace processes
·  Being Group Expertise in concerned subject matters (RE, FM, M&E, Construction, WP design, branding, ergonomics, environment, risk management, change management etc)
·  Ensure efficiency in expertise area
·  Manage and support global or large regional projects in subject matter area
