Job Summary:

TRX Design Engineer

Ericsson China Access Network R&D Center is looking for Radio Transceiver Design Engineers for base station radio unit development.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for Ericsson RBS product transceiver design, verification and maintenance

·  Design/maintain work to meet project requirement
·  Follow Ericsson design and daily work process/procedure
·  To carry out effectively and efficiently for all the activities
·  Keep study continuously to maintain competition level
·  Support production when needed

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to

·  Theory analysis and simulation for radio design.
·  Verify radio performance
·  Tuning and optimize radio performance

Qualifications

Basic Requirement

·  BS or above in Microwave, wireless Communication or equivalent
·  2 + years' experience in telecommunications (3+ for BS)
·  Solid knowledge in microwave and electromagnetic field, experiences on Radio Circuit design like: LNA, Mixer, LO, RF Switch etc
·  Familiar with radio instruments such as spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, etc
·  Good written and spoken English
·  Good communication skills and social abilities

Preferred Experience on

·  Application circuit design and debug on high integration ZIF/ RF Sampling transceiver
·  System know-how on transceiver Link design(such as Link budget, Requirement allocation, Key component selection)
·  Familiarity of Radio Simulation SW such as ADS, HFSS
·  Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
