For our Radio Network Design and Optimization Team in Switzerland we are looking for a graduate to start as a

Junior Network Engineer

Your tasks:

3G/4G/5G network planning which includes:

·  Network analysis to identify the need for new sites considering the strategy for coverage and capacity
·  Planning of new sites by defining antenna type, position height and orientation
·  Planning of initial radio parameters to reach optimal performance while respecting legal restrictions
·  Supporting the tuning and optimization teams to continuously improve network performance.
·  Contributing to special project teams, e.g. for the introduction of new network features, products or technologies

Your qualifications:

·  Technical university degree in ICT or related fields
·  Ability and motivation to quickly learn about new products and technologies
·  Enjoys working closely with customers (often at customer premises)
·  Team-oriented
·  Good communication and presentation skills
·  Fluency in English as well as German or French is required
