Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Human Resources Graduate Trainee to join us in our office in Islamabad. You will be involved in local HR work, understand local industry and trends, maintaining industrial and employee relations, implement HR processes, tools, programs, practices, people strategies and solutions, ensure compliance and advise and support line Mongers and HR colleagues on people related challenges.

Job Responsibilities & Tasks you will be involved in

·  Local execution of processes (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Rewards, Learning & Development, Human Resources Operations)
·  You will work to build employee engagement in the country dimension (local/Business Unit/Region)
·  Local partner management, and compliance (incl. local authorities, Unions, EWC & SOX)
·  Represent Human Resources on local management and governance team
·  Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation & information sharing.

Job Requirements

·  Education: Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field is required.
·  Recently graduates (2017 or 2018)
·  Internship experience in the HR functional area can be beneficial
·  Human resources and disciplines knowledge
·  Local labor relations, laws and legislation knowledge
·  Presenting and communicating information
·  Persuading & Influencing
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office
