Job Summary
Responsible of Regional Learning & Development programs cost redistribution for Ericsson. Regions in scope: RSWE, RINA, RNEA , RLAM , RECA and RSSA.
Responsibilities & Tasks
· Secure internal cost recovery for employees across Ericsson
· Validate Purchase Order and Good Received
• Maintain record tracking in dedicated tools (Chargeback tracker)
• Drive improvements and efficiencies
· Share good practices
· Coordinate projects

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
· Graduate degree or equivalent qualification / experience (Job stage 4-6)
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
· Several years of administrative experience. Purchase to pay knowledge and experience (activities related to Order Desk)
· Proven skills in a service oriented and multi countries environment
Additional Requirments, Physical Demands, Region/Local Specifications:
· Preferred location: Romania, Bucharest. India as alternative location.
