Job Summary:

We are now looking for an experienced Customer Project Manager, to assist in leading Network Rollout projects of RAN equipment with our customers. You will ensure that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

Job Responsibilities:

General

·  Support development and maintenance of PMP;
·  Track and report on Cost of Sales and earned value
·  Change Request preparation and negotiation with customer
·  Maintain the Risk Register
·  Develop, refine and evolve delivery process and efficiency
·  Drive standardisation of practices and process
·  Support IMs with Customer escalation as required
·  Delegate for the Program Lead on requirement
·  Prepare customer or internal stakeholder presentations
·  Prepare incident / outage reports as required
·  Support Line Management engagement as required
·  OHS incident management and reporting
·  Manage and foster strong supplier relationships
·  Attend Customer Change meetings and present as required
·  Support with CRQ approval as required / requested by IMs
·  Support with PO release to 3rd parties as required
·  Ensure new POs are booked and planned cost released
·  Support with customer and ASP escalations
·  Setup and run meetings as required to manage the project

·  Operational Steering Group Meetings
·  Change Control Board Meetings

·  Customer Commercial Forum

Key Qualifications:

·  Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent industry experience
·  Min years of experience: 10 years industry experience
·  Domain experience: Telecom Network Rollout
·  Financial Acumen & Analysis Skills
·  Business Understanding
·  Consultative Selling Skills
·  Customer and Market Insight
·  Negotiation, Persuading & influencing Skills
·  Project Management Skills
·  Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
·  Leading & supervising
·  Planning & organizing
·  Proficiency with the English Language

Additional Requirements:

·  PMI certifications - The CPM is expected to be certified on the job stage that she/he holds
·  Project sales process
·  Contract management
·  3rd Party supplier management experience
·  RAN or MW rollout experience (as a PM or IM) is strongly desired
