Job Summary

The Delivery and Order Management job role execute and manage customer orders and delivery requirements (internal and external) for ENC sourced products according to agreements, instructions and Ericsson’s company policies.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

·  Make customer order acknowledgement reflecting customer request according to material capability & capacity.
·  Manage customer order in most effective way to meet customer demands and achieve to KPI.
·  Monitor execution progress according to customer order acknowledgement to highlight customer order fulfillment risk.
·  Maintain system relevant master data in system and timely clean up system error message.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

·  Approx. 2 – 3 years relevant experience
·  Good communication Skills

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

·  Excellent IT knowledge
·  Excellent SAP knowledge
·  Advanced practical qualification in logistics
