Position Purpose

This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support that the one offered by the 1st Level Operations. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

Main accountabilities - you will:

·  Ensure 2nd Level Assurance Support Activities
·  Ensure 2nd Level Incident Management
·  Be involved in troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls
·  On regular base covering the 7x24 Call-out responsibility

Technical Skills-

You are/you have:

·  Bachelor/Master of science in Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, Automatics and Computer Science or equivalent with minimum of 3 years of work experience.
·  Understanding of service provider networks, internet network architecture and routing products
·  BGP, OSPF, ISIS
·  MPLS protocol (Layer 2/3 VPN, TE)
·  Cisco (CCNP , CCNP SP)
·  Solid troubleshooting/debugging skills

Nice to have:

·  Juniper (JNCIA , JNCIP-SP) ; SRX/MX/EX
·  Huawei knowledge : NEs, ATNs
·  Nokia knowledge: 7750 SR
·  Understanding of Mobile Networks 2G/3G/4G
·  Scripting skills

Personal Skills - you are/you have:

·  Excellent communication skills in English
·  Ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders, and provide technical solutions
·  Ability to work under pressure related to scale of business impact
·  Ability to provide rapid root-cause analysis for various customer IP related issues
·  Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
·  Presentation & Communication Skills
