We have an exciting and prominent Quantity Surveyor position within our Facilities Management and Energy Services division. This expansive role offers you the chance to be part of a fast paced and challenging organistion, gaining exposure to prestigious contracts in the North West.

ENGIE are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to be based at Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital, Haslingden Rd, Blackburn BB2 3HH. This is a permanent/full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Role Overview:

· 
Control all expenditure, reconcile cost/value reports and profit forecasts

· 
Ensure timely cash flow management for the Client and the group, and the supply change

· 
To assist the Senior project manager/project managers with pre-start planning and programming

· 
Management and control of sub-contract accounts and variation accounts

· 
Assisting the development and training of trainee and assistant surveyors/project managers

·  Industry experience in the role of a Quantity Surveyor
·  Post graduate experience within a surveying position reporting to either a Senior Surveyor/Senior project manager
