Engie are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative, to be based at Molson Coors, Station Street, Burton on Trent DE14 1BG. This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (weekend work is required). On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package

General Overview:

The Multi Skilled Operative will be responsibility for covering all services within the Engie portfolio. The role is also multi-site which may involve working on satellite sites  This role has driving duties within the role and covers all types of work undertaken by Engie on the Molson Coors site which involves Security, Site services, Cleaning, Admin and any other future undertakings.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

· 
Communicate and Consult with on issues of Health and Safety and encourage other staff to report hazards and raise any health and safety concerns and record results

· 
To remain vigilant always when undertaking tasks and raise any concerns relating to service failure immediately with their immediate reports.

· 
To carry out any other reasonable duties which may be required to be fulfilled to meet the ever-changing nature of the operational activities required in providing services to the clients in the form of daily tasks and ad-hock requests.

· 
Tasks may require you to drive to multiple client sites dependant on works requested.

· 
To ensure the team wear and maintain P.P.E and work wear in a clean and serviceable condition and to ensure that any safety P.P.E is used correctly as required by the relevant task being undertaken

· 
Communicate effectively with your Account manager, Site supervisors and other site staff, team members, internal and external customers and stakeholders

Qualifications or Required Experience:
Must have the following:


·  Security Industry Association (SIA) frontline licence.
·  Full UK  driving licence.
·  First Aid at Work qualification.
·  Good IT and communication skills.
·  Good supervisory and organisational skills and able to use own initiative.
·  At least several years’ experience in a similar role
·  COSHH awareness
·  Cleaning experience
·  Lone working experience
