Job description

The Department International Projects, part of the Division Industry North, located in Zwijndrecht (Antwerp) is the reliable partner for the construction and commissioning of large and complex multi-technical installations. 

We serve top rated companies in Western Europe, active in petrochemical, pharma, power generation, tank storage,… with modular construction as well as stick build installation. 

To realize our ever challenging objectives, we are looking for an experienced:  Material Controller.

Your mission

·  you manage all incoming and outgoing goods
·  you manage tool storage and quality of rented tools
·  you manage consumables and make additional orders on time
·  you ensure safe storage/stacking and closing of location/layout areas
·  you always have an up-to-date overview of all available materials, tools
·  you guide drivers of incoming and outgoing goods
·  you make sure that drivers systematically wear the necessary PPE when loading and unloading
·  you prepare shipment notes for goods and record them

Your profile

·  you have a technically skilled professional Bachelor or equivalent by experience
·  certifications for rigger, forklift driver, telehandler are an asset
·  experience is necessary
·  you have good knowledge of material used for installation works (E&I and/or P&M)
·  you are a good communicator
·  you are safety conscious
·  you are accurate and strict
·  you are able to work with PC
·  you are flexible
·  you are willing to work abroad (Western Europe) during the construction phase of the project with a fixed rotation schedule
