Position Summary

The Marketing Operations Analyst will report to the Marketing Operations Manager, and will assist the Demand Generation Department & Sales Team with work focused on sales pipeline contribution and top of funnel management. 

 

Role Description

• Support the management and optimizing of the company’s marketing-to-sales lead generation model to maximize pipeline growth and revenue generation
• Utilize a variety of sales & marketing technologies to drive inbound lead management and outbound lead generation:


o Support Sales & Marketing leadership’s outbound lead generation planning and activity through segmentation, target planning, and list building/research

o Support B2B inbound leads quality: list cleansing, data scrubbing & importing

o Support inbound activity using Marketing Automation software, CRM and other sales support tools.

o Support the training of sales and Business Development personnel on relevant Marketing Platform resources and tools as it pertains to benefitting from marketing qualified leads

• Utilize content provided by Program Marketing Managers to create email templates, drip campaigns and various selling tools for the Business Development team
• Support CRM data hygiene processes
o Data appending, system audits, data governance

• Lead & Account qualification to action Sales Qualified Leads into Business Development & Sales
• Report building and oversight of marketing performance and Service-Level Agreements
• Support Account Based Marketing Initiatives
• Work with Program Marketing team to accelerate prospect interactions through targeted campaigns and drip nurture initiatives
• Support sales and marketing leadership outbound prospecting project needs
• Support a variety of Marketing Operation initiatives
• Support projects as assigned by the Director of Demand Generation

Role Competencies


·  4 Year Marketing related degree strongly preferred but not required.
·  Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, is required. 
·  2-4+ years’ experience working within a marketing or sales function
·  1-2+ years’ experience working with database, analytics, digital marketing environment required
·  Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Pardot) desired, not required
·  Minimum: intermediate Excel skills 
·  Analytical minded with strong cross-department communication skillset
·  Baseline knowledge of marketing and sales funnel process and marketing analytics
·  Ability to develop intermediate to advance level understanding of Marketing Automation, LinkedIn Prospecting, CRM system.
·  Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, delivering to timelines.
·  Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across complex work environment and all levels of the organization.
·  Highly organized and self-driven in their work.
·  Ability to use data to identify opportunities/problems and work with others to address the insight.
