M&E Building Services Engineer

Job description
ENGIE are recruiting for five experienced Mobile M&E Building Services Engineer to be based around Kent and Sussex area. This is a permanent, full time role working approx 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive industry salary plus call-out allowance, and first class benefits package.
Main duties/responsibilities will include the Service and Repair of the following:
· Building management systems
· Control systems
· Air conditioning systems, VAV, VRV and FCUs.
· Chillers – wet and dry systems.
· Cooling Towers
· Air Handling Units.
· Heating systems.
· Pumps.
· Generators and controls.
· Single phase and three phase motors.
· Emergency lighting.(Recording of Testing)
· Fire and life safety systems.(Recording of Testing)
· Plumbing and Sanitary ware
· Water Treatment

Qualifications, Skills or Required Experience:
· Formal recognised City and Guilds qualification in mechanical or electrical
· PASMA & IPAF would be desirable
· IET 18th edition would be desirable
· Previous technical experience in a similar role
· Previous experience of using a CAFM system
· Team working experience
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
· Good experience and track record in working in Facilities Management
