Job description
Your mission
· you participate in the definition and management of IS architectures (Applications)
· you maintain the architectural IS application framework within your IS application domain, in order to be able to consistently fulfil current and foreseeable requirements within your domain
· you initiate, conceive, plan and construct architectural solutions within your domain integrating a large variety of products, technologies and services in order to optimize its efficiency
· in the context of BU strategy (cloud first) evaluate requests for new significant project initiatives from the perspective of architectures within your domain, challenge proposed solutions and/or proposes alternatives, review and help to document the feasibility and business cases in order to allow the selection of the best solution while respecting the architectural framework and business requirements
· you analyse the needs for new project initiatives as related to your domain, and challenge those needs with relevant constraints (architectural, technical, functional, cost, timing, volumes, evolution)
· you keep track of the technological evolution of IS applications in the market within your IS application domain, and inform the stakeholders of the relevant and interesting opportunities
· internal interfaces:
· business departments within BU Benelux
· IS departments within BU Benelux
· IS department of ENGIE Group (DDSI, ENGIE Digital & ENGIE IT)
· IS departments in other BU’s of the groupe (Generation, GEM,…)
· external interfaces:
· IS Software & cloud application (Saas,…) providers
· IS external advice agencies (Gartner,…)

Your profile
· you have a university degree or are equivalent through experience
· you have minimum 3 year experience in IS with strong interest in and knowledge of digital technologies (eg. cloud based service applications,…)
