ENGIE are recruiting for an Internal Recruiter to be based at Titan Court, Hatfield AL10 9NA. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview: 

Engie are recruiting for an Internal Recruiter to support the overall delivery of resourcing activity into aligned business area. The successful candidate will responsible to ensuring the timely delivering a Professional Resourcing Service, by managing recruitment activities through the full hiring cycle – i.e. from raising and qualifying a role to onboarding. 

Key Accountabilities:

·  Directly source candidates through innovative and appropriate channels.
·  Partner with vendors where appropriate to ensure a joined-up and seamless manager experience.
·  Become true market experts bringing data and insights to the conversation to drive resourcing decision making.
·  Present shortlists with objective reasoning on selection to hiring managers with appropriate supporting documentation.
·  Manage offer negotiations and work with other members of the team to ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience
·  Adopt a pragmatic approach with the ability to work within defined processes whilst helping achieve the individual needs of the business units

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

· 
360-degree in-house recruiting experience and/or relevant agency experience within FM and construction experience.

· 
A trusted resourcing advisor who advocates and educates their business to adopt Engie’s recruitment strategies, selection/assessment processes and philosophy.

· 
Has a real-time pulse of the needs of the business and is consistently viewed as resourceful, consultative, and responsive by their hiring managers.

· 
An innovative and proactive approach to recruitment, with a working knowledge of a range of direct recruitment channels.

· 
Familiarity with traditional and modern candidate sourcing methods with a strong focus on how best to target and engage the talent of the future.
