Your function


As a member of the Human Resources department of the BE Tractebel Belgium and of the Management Committee of their Business Line, reporting to the Head of HR BE Belgium and reporting to the Head of their respective Business Line (BL), the HRBP BE Belgium contributes to increase the value of the business portfolio of the BE Tractebel Belgium through:

·  Advising their Head of BL on operational HR matters
·  Identifying and anticipating the right competencies of their BL by delivering the annual recruitment plan as well as all needed information for each recruitment (Hay level, content of job, est. range of salary, profiles, etc.)
·  Ensure the Employee Value Proposition is correctly implemented for their scope of activity and ensure every employee can embrace this constant experience
·  Ensure a positive employee experience during the main steps of a career: onboarding, after 100 days, seniority anniversaries, mobility, exit)
·  With the support and coordination from BE Talent, lead the main Talent & Performance processes for their scope, i.e.:
·  People and position review
·  Performance process
·  Career perspective and Individual Development plans
·  Ensure the mobility process inside but also outside their BL. A good coordination is needed with the other HRBP
·  Implement all main C&B and talent processes defined at BE level.
·  Manage daily operational HR issues & conflicts within their scope by acting as the first line of HR towards their employees.
·  Change agent
·  Can lead transversal HR projects for BE Belgium

Your profile

·  Master degree or equivalent
·  HR background, preferably operational
·  Talent & Career management
·  At least 10 years of professional and relevant HR experience
·  Strong business (operational and financial) understanding & acumen
·  Pragmatic approach, autonomy Strong leadership and negotiation skills
·  Strong leadership and negotiation skills
·  Demonstrated ability to animate communities, projects and processes
·  Decision making & change management
·  Fluency in French, Dutch & English is required – Knowledge of any other language is an asset.
·  In-depth understanding of the product portfolio of the BE Tractebel Belgium and of the strategy of the BU and ENGIE Group. Strong network within the BU (and the Group) is an asset.
·  In-depth understanding of the business, in particular of new emerging businesses and of the HR aspects of the business.
