Global Energy Management (GEM) is one of ENGIE’s 24 Business Units. At the heart of the energy value chain, GEM optimizes the Group’s assets portfolio including electricity, natural gas, environmental products and bulk commodities such as biomass, while developing its external commercial franchise worldwide. We provide services in supply and logistics management, asset management by leveraging on markets, risk management, market access management, and contribute to market understanding, design and efficiency.
With a staff of 1,400, offices in 11 countries and 4 trading platforms, GEM has an extended geographical coverage in Europe and Asia-Pacific and activities in more than 50 countries. 

The Credit Risk Department is responsible for the risk analysis of counterparties. The department located in Paris and Brussels comprises 3 teams:
- Credit risk analyst
- Anti-money Laundering
- Credit risk management

Credit risk management (CRM) team mission is double:
- Monitoring exposure
o Ensure the relevant reporting of credit risk exposure on entire perimeter GEM
o In order to be able to have a consolidated view on the credit risk taken by GEM
o Alert and take the necessary action to monitor efficiently credit risk
- Project
o Ensure the implementation and follow up of credit risk projects
o Ensure credit risk impacts are well identified in the projects sponsored by other departments

As part of its credit exposure monitoring and analytics reporting activities, the credit risk management team is currently looking for an IT profile to support the adaptation and digital transformation of its reporting service offering. The mission needs expertise and in-depth knowledge of VBA Excel as well as the new Office 365 Power BI and SharePoint technologies.

Your mission
1) support the team in its reporting activities to determine what could be improved

• produce reports and analyze the credit exposure with relevant comments
2) support the team in its transformation project

• create the new reports based on the Power BI technology
• integrate the Power BI reports into the SharePoint site dedicated to credit risk
• develop the macro VBA to adapt the Excel reporting tool to the new business need
3) act as a coach trainer on Power BI / Sharepoint:

• provide in depth knowledge on the Power BI and Sharepoint technologies
• share your technical expertise with the CRM team
• organize training sessions with the Credit Department staff

·  student for a master degree in IT with a specialization in Finance (Engineer school or University)
·  good knowledge of the current office 365 tools
·  strong experience of an advanced use of Excel (pivot table, formula, vlookup….)
·  macro VBA coding language realization
·  in depth knowledge of Power BI and Sharepoint site would be a plus
