Position Summary

The Content Strategist and Editor is responsible for developing research-based thought leadership in support of ENGIE Impact's market-shaping and sales efforts. This role will support ENGIE Impact's dynamic, high-growth consulting business as well as overall cross- company offerings and capabilities. This individual will:

·  Work closely with company sustainability consultants and other thought leaders to develop steady stream of compelling, research-grounded content relevant for C-level management at corporations, cities and governments
·  Develop enablement tools and messaging for ENGIE Impact's Sustainability Solutions division, defining global capabilities and regional considerations
·  Partner with Growth Marketing and Creative Teams to develop external content across key channels
·  Analyze market intelligence and work with external research institutions to produce engaging market-facing reports, presentations and messaging
·  Maintain global knowledge management tools and resources for Solutions sales content

Role Competencies

·  4-8+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, research, journalism and/or management consulting environments
·  Bachelor's degree or equivalent
·  Exceptional ability to understand and distill complex sustainability and business challenges and translate it into compelling market facing content
·  Proven market research analysis experience, strong analytical and critical thinking skills
·  Exceptionally strong writer
·  Ability to create compelling marketing and sales collateral
·  Self-starter and ability to work with partners in globally distributed, fast-paced environment
·  Passion for sustainability
·  Fluency in English is required
·  Master's degree in sustainability field preferred
·  Experience with public sector preferred
