Description

The role is responsible for the execution of ROXAR projects from the moment they are allocated by the direct manager until complete delivery and invoicing. Manages the entire process according to existing procedures. Supervises the entire cycle time, in order to KPIs are met and relevant documentation is in conformity with the requirements and project specifications.

Responsibilities

·  Coordinates projects aiming at on-time delivery, respecting customer's requirements, Emerson/ROXAR policies and regulations;
·  Organizes clarifications with the customer in order to set all technical requirements of a project;
·  Provides communication for customer and meetings with internal departments regarding project status;
·  Provides support to Manufacturing and Materials team to ensure all project requirements and objectives are met;
·  Controls the budget allocated for each project making forecasts and creating monthly reports;
·  Organizes and coordinates customer inspections to check project conformity.

Desired profile

Requirements

·  University degree in technical field (mechanical, electrical, electronic engineering or other applicable technical discipline);
·  Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project execution and/or project management activities;
·  Experience in communicating technical information and product delivery aspects to customers;
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
·  Knowledge about MS Office package (MS Projects);
·  Languages: English language skills - medium to advanced level.
