Warehouse and Distribution Administrator

OBJECTIVE

Northern Logistic Hub manages warehouse and distribution for Electrolux Professional products. We are now searching for an engaged and business driven Warehouse and Distribution Administrator for the Finish Goods Warehouse at Northern Logistic Hub. The work includes being part of the daily administrational activities and also being part of developing the operations according to the company guidelines and business need. The incumbent will be part of a team consists of blue and white collars where all reports to Warehouse and Distribution Manager, Northern Logistic Hub.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be part of daily administrational activities according to the sector Hub concept in both transport and warehouse administration

• Cooperate with various actors within the company and with external partners (transport companies, customers, suppliers) • Interface against the forwarders

• Be part of developing the operational activities to increase safety, efficiency and quality of operational and business processes

• Propose and implement best-practice solutions for the operations along with the Warehouse and Distribution Manager and Sector Warehousing Development Manager

• Bachelor degree or similar in Supply Chain or Logistics

• Working experience within Logistics (especially warehousing and transportation)

• Business driven and result oriented

• Analytical and problem solving skills

• Capability to deliver results against targets

• Ability to work with various actors in an international environment

• Team oriented and good communications skills

REQUIRED LANGUAGES

• Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written

• Fluent in English in both spoken and written
