*** Trade Marketing Operations Specialist ***

 
1. POSM (Standard and Customized) deployment: • Route-to-market POSM: quantities/timings per customer (ABC) • Merchandising plans /Field activity calendars • Filter ABC store selection with cost to serve/profitability inputs per customer • Briefing sales teams • Recommend tailor made activities for specific customers • Set KPI for shopfloor execution and monitor (displayshare, share of in-store POSM, …) 2. Special Placement Displays / In store demotool projects: • Route-to-market: logistics, timing • Customer feedback • Track progress versus competition and provide inputs to Marketing • KPI monitoring / impact 3. Consumer Promotions: • In-store execution: merchandising planning / field calendars • Measure in-store impact • Manage tailor made/customer calendar of promotions 4. Consumer and Trade Catalogues: • Catalogue policy per channel/customer • Quantities per channel/customer segment • Route-to-market / distribution 5. Trade Fairs (Wholesalers): • Support Sales reps in the organisation (booth development, logistics) of their regional fairs (at Wholesalers)
