Talent Acquisition Partner Benelux

Location Brussels and/or Home Office

We need a true Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role in our team, you will own your responsibility area – people, business, projects and results for recruitment in the Electrolux locations in Benelux countries. Hence, you need to have strong drive to deliver, pride in getting things done, the strength to overcome challenges as well as the ability to build and maintain good internal and external relationships.

You will master sourcing and networking to build talent pipelines. You are an expert in recruitment, understanding the trends in staffing, business and the market in your countries of scope. 
With an emphasis on end-to-end recruitment, you will join our team in building the Electrolux employer brand. Since continuous improvement is our mindset, we will provide you with the opportunity to bring your innovative and independent way of working and thinking and we will develop and train you in the most recent techniques and market trends.

Scope :
• Your scope of you work will be in Belgium and the Netherlands and from time to time in France and Luxembourg
• You will recruit employees and leaders in commercial and manufacturing roles

Team
• Your recruitment colleagues are a very international crowd, working in 15 different locations and covering the entire EMEA region 
• Your closest team has colleagues from Italy, UK, Switzerland and Poland
• The team meets a couple of times per year and we love the energy we have!

Location
• We are open to a full time office or mix home / office set up
• Also part time solutions of min. 80% could be an option
• You will need to ensure necessary travel to different locations in Benelux (e.g. Brussels, Alphen, Luxembourg) on bi/tri-weekly basis.
• Transport means to travel can be provided

Desired profile

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Here are some of the things we’re looking for. Ideally, you have most of them: 
• Drive, passion and flexibility 
• Passion for searching and bringing the best candidates 
• Some years of solid experience in recruiting.
• In-house experience in complex organizations is preferred, but agency/RPO background is also great
• Proven track record of driving processes forward and an insatiable desire to provide outstanding customer service 
• Digital mindset
• Good project management skills 
• Ability to anticipate issues and stay calm under pressure
• Experience with work across levels, functions, cultures 
• Fluent in English and French (plus Flemish pref.)
