We are currently hiring a:
Application & Change Trainer

Objectives:
Giving trainings about the service applications, which are used by our department Consumer & Customer Services (CCS) Benelux. Thanks to your broad understanding of these applications, you will be able to support our employees with the integration in their daily work.

Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for the development of the training material of our service applications
• You will give trainings for our employees in the Benelux countries and you will help them in understanding and using the service applications
• You will work closely together with the CCS Management Team and other departments 
• You will be reporting to the CCS Manager
• You will have a future role as a SAP/ERP Key User for the Benelux countries

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Your Profile:
• You have obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• You have a relevant experience in a customer-oriented environment
• You have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Dutch, French and English
• You know how to reach, influence and inspire people in a diverse organization
• You are flexible and you are willing to travel to other locations
• You have a broad knowledge about the implementation of ERP tools, preferably in SAP
