POSITION DESCRIPTION:
OBIECTIVES:
To assure the SERVICE QUALITY within our LOGISTICS PROCESS by complying with Customer Requirements, Process Specifications and our Quality Standard which is Zero Defects. Foster our Zero Defect Quality Standard within organization, which means non tolerance to defects and the thrive to eliminate variance and minimize non-value adding activities within our processes. Assuring the application of the Electrolux EMS Lean tools, techniques, principles and to drive Process Improvement within our Logistics Operations. To facilitate the pro-active involvement of our people, which take 100% ownership for customer satisfaction. He/she is responsible for tracking Quality/Safety/EMS KPIs (i.e. Defect Free Handling/Delivery; Inventory Record Accuracy; TCIR; CSS; EMS 5D audit; warehouse and Operations Compliance Audits) and propose corrective actions
RESPONSIBILITY:
He/She will ensure the quality of all the activities and logistics flows - planning, handling, storage, transportation, etc.; He/She will define rules and quality standards to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES RELATED TO RESPONSIBILITY:
- checking and defining the methodology of handling, loading and fastening according to the type of managed products (goods and products of external logistics customers);
- develop, together with the other operational mgrs, new methods for storage, handling and transport; - providing technological development in the handling, packaging, automation for loading/unloading and transports;
- train staff and work closely with external suppliers, to spread out the proper method of quality in the operating activities (in warehouses, depots, transit points);
- liaise with factories (ASQ) and R&D in order to improve the quality in the packaging;

Desired profile
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree (Technical background will be a plus)
- 2 years of managerial or lead specialist position
- 2 years of white goods quality experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Knowledge of Quality management system and methods, use of logistics/IT-systems, international matrix environment.
· Ability to searching and solving complaints and issues.
· Continuous improvement activities, development of quality programs, and in setting up sustainable quality processes and procedures.
· Project management experience
· Experience in different business environments including Logistics, Manufacturing and Retailers & Kitchen Specialists
