POSITION DESCRIPTION:

 

Key Responsibilities:

·  Develop product generation plan for Thailand that delivers company’s growth objectives and manage commercial launch & leverage plan for each product or initiative.
·  Manage category performance in both top-line growth and profitability to achieve business objectives (Category PNL management)
·  Product Portfolio and new product management (PIPO plan)
·  Category performance and market intelligence reporting
·  Create and update category's promotional plan
·  Work with advertising/media agencies together with PR&C to develop media and execution plan or other marketing execution (i.e. media launch, Print Ad, POP)
·  Ensure product execution in-store is complied with product communication strategy by coordinating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Master degree is preferably
·  Experienced more than 3 years in Product or Category Management from Appliance Business
·  Business Analysis & Strategic Thinking
·  Good computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
·  Good Command in English  
·  Can do Attitude
·  Excellent communication, inter-personal and cross-cultural skills
·  Results-driven focus
·  Initiative, Active, continuously questioning mindset
·  Data driven analytical skills
