POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Laboratory Technician

Mission:
• ensuring appliances  testing on safety, functionality, performance, energy consumption, noise according to reference standards in autonomy
• ensuring diagnostic capability to fix root causes of appliance failures detects during testing activity and analysis of quality issues
• ensuring reporting capability including calculation, report release, test plan and information tracking
• ensuring instrument care and calibrations  according to internal procedures
• sharing  best practice among laboratories and with other departments

Key operational responsibilities:
• Carry out development and validation testing activities on professional washers & ironers
• Carry out validation testing activities on new components and softwares
• Executing field-test commissioning and follow-up of appliances and components
• Analysis of faulty components
• Redaction of rigorous and documented laboratory reports
• Ensuring care of laboratory facilities, appliances and instruments

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Competences  needed:
• Education - University or high school degree ,  eg : DUT GEII , BTS Electro-technical, BTS Physics Measures
• Technical skills - Mechatronic, Electricity, instruments and testing, PLC programing, software usage
• Preferred career experience - Experience in laboratory activities of R&D or Quality dpt. Junior candidate accepted
