POSITION DESCRIPTION:

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (KITCHEN RETAIL)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating individual approach to each key account
• Securing everyday shipments in terms of product availability
• Providing support to channel customers in terms of:                     
-product information, availability, technical product characteristics, preparing product offers  
• Communication with logistic department, securing everyday shipments/finding logistic solutions for each customer
• Liaison with product management to optimise the range per key account(s)
• Monitoring forecasts for products on weekly basis
• Communication with demand flow to ensure product availability
• Monitor performance against objectives and follow-up with the key account
• Developing long-term relationships with the key account(s)
• Business development: analysing customer's activities, searching the market, new customers aquisition
• Track and follow-up account receivables

• Minimum 3 years of  sales experience
• Valid driving licence
• Ability to build customer relationships
• Ability to identify customer needs
• Negotiation skills

• Consultative problem solving skills
• Market knowledge and Product / service knowledge
• Excellent presentation skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Self appraisal and continuous learning

Required languages:

• Native Russian
• Upper-intermediate English
