We are looking for  Windows Infrastructure Services and Cloud Platform Experts who will be using their expertise to achieve high-level customer satisfaction by implementing and supporting state-of-the-art solutions and minimizing the amount of unplanned downtime of customer production environments.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate flexibility and DevOps mentality, thus covering several different areas. Depending on the project they are assigned at a point in time they will be required to:

-    Identify and solve problems, work on complex incidents, define, execute and implement changes, coordinate implementations and manage systems. They will

-    Be the experts at developing and implementing procedural and automated service requests and tasks

-    Convert complex implementations to standardized, reusable & automated ‘catalog items’ while ensuring deliverability, service availability and Security

-    Participate, propose, and/or lead complex customer and internal projects, including transformation, across technology/ customers and/or internal businesses/end user's areas. Provide review/advice to projects inside/outside responsibility areas.

-    Become a trusted advisor to the customers and/or internal businesses/end-users

-    Develop and grow assigned customers and/or internal businesses/end-users account relationships

-    Apply the company's solutions or, when justified by business needs, create solutions to meet highly complex customer and/or trade/IT infrastructure needs.

-    Provide feedback to create new solution sets.

You will be working in an environment where fast, educated decisions may save the day, however quality and perfection are our major objective. Working remotely from Bulgaria you will be reaching customers from pole to pole.

Technical Competencies required:

·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university or college, and a minimum of seven years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
·  MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, MCSA or equivalent certification
·  Experience in Cloud Technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud…) and related certification
·  Good scripting/ automation knowledge
·  Extensive experience (7+ years) in administrating Windows Server 2008 and later versions (design, installation, configuration, patching, troubleshooting)
·  Extensive experience (7+ years) in designing, implementing and troubleshooting Active Directory and related services (DNS, DHCP, FRS, DFS, KMS…)
·  Extensive experience (7+ years) in designing, implementing and troubleshooting Microsoft Clustering and Load Balancing
·  Solid experience in server virtualization technologies: Hyper-V, VMware ESX/ESXi and vCenter.
·  Ability to make strategic hardware and software recommendations.
·  Ability to write and update concise and logical technical documentation, including, but not limited to diagrams, charts, specifications and design models.
·  Good understanding of Backup and Restore tools for MS platform operating systems, working SAN knowledge.
·  Good networking knowledge (DMZ, Load balancers, NAT, IPv4, IPv6). CCNA or above preferred.
·  Experience with a ticketing system is a plus

·  Ability to communicate at an executive level and articulate business value of technical solutions.
