Application Support SME/Lead (MS Dynamics)

Skill set Requirement:

·  Should have 7-10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX and CRM data model, designing, creating, customizing and configuring
·  Experience troubleshooting Level 2 issues with MS Dynamics CRM, AX
·  Maintaining Microsoft Dynamics AX environment (Upgrade, Refresh, Release)
·  Building applications on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portals is an added advantage
·  Design, development, installation and configuration of medium and complex Dynamics CRM solutions using core CRM capabilities, Data model and Flows
·  Expert in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, SharePoint integration, Reporting, Dashboards and Web Resources
·  Experience in using Web APIs
·  CRM Client side scripting (JavaScript).
·  Integration with other third party applications using Autosys, SharePoint (Document Management System).
·  Good to have knowledge on Data migration and integration using Dynamics CRM tools (SSIS, Power BI)
·  Required to demonstrate credibility with the client

Roles and Responsibility

·  Should be flexible to work in US shift hours and 24 x 7
·  Need to manage small team and Shift schedule
·  Ability to demonstrate excellent problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
·  Reproduce technical problems, diagnose causes, identify temporary and long-term solutions and communicate status updates to clients.
·  Should have good Communication Skills
·  Candidate shall be familiar with ITIL process.
·  Generation of Knowledge based Article
·  Knowledge of Analyzing ticket on periodic intervals & providing action items for improvement
·  Working out improvements strategies with customer based on their working, process followed, environment used, etc.
·  Identification of Knowledge gap & suggesting training to users
·  Managing Documentation for Support
·  Reporting of Status along with SLA
·  Working with In-house quality team & ensuring quality parameters to be maintained
