Summary

• Provides automation support & gathers % Digital Wireline results (gather data input)
• Defines business logic to count %D, creates the report and deliver automated reports for %Digital
• Oversees and manages weekly DTM release across Business and Consumer
• Project delivery: defines analytics requirements, writes EDD, test the experience and creates reports
• Provides Adobe support for SMB and provides Adobe training
• Project delivery: defines analytics requirements, writes EDD, test the experience and creates reports
• Delivers reporting and analysis SMB & Premier
• Delivers reporting and analysis on Foresee survey results
• Delivers reporting and analysis for • Wireline on BC and BD
• Maintains DataMart for business wireline and performs data analysis

Basic Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal skills in English;
• Strong experience in project management
• Skilled in gathering business requirements & translating them into data requirements to build reports (including testing, and working with other stakeholders execute)
• Proficient in the following tools and applications:
     o Adobe Analytics
     o Adobe Marketing Cloud Knowledge
     o SQL
     o Excel
     o Tableau
     o Microsoft SSIS, SSRS
     o Alteryx
• Skilled in data analysis and translating data into a story
• Expertise in visualization, tagging and Beacon testing

Desired Qualifications

• Agile, SAFE certified

• Technical or Engineering background

Timeliness of delivery

• On-time completion of tech development and updates based on project requirements/ scope/ timeline/ schedule/ tracker defined by BU

• On-time coordination of touch-points with client team and other stakeholders based on project requirements/ scope/ requirements/ timeline/ schedule/ tracker defined by BU.

Quality of deliverable

• Accuracy and functionality of deliverables based on  project requirements/ scope/ requirements/ timeline/ schedule/ tracker defined by BU.
