DXC is hiring Service Architect at Chorley Office (near Manchester).

Title: Service Architect

Role:

Requirements:

·         The candidate will:  

·  be accountable and responsible for the service design for the account and the customer  
·  accountable and responsible for the development and implementation of the service operating model  
·  selection or set the strategy, in collaboration with the service improvement manager, for the FMO service management tools  
·  have the ability to document their designs at both logical and physical levels  
·  Responsible for the development of service reporting, operational models against contract requirements and account/customer objectives 

Overall 

·  Ownership and Responsibility for the development of Service Management Framework and Service Operating Model  
·  Develop & Design at a logical and physical level:  
·  Service Technical/Tooling    
·  Service Process  
·  Service Interface/API  
·  Customer facing documentation 
·  Responsibility and management of the migration from the CMO to the FMO  
·  Develop the ORR / PI processes in line with the Service Operating Model  
·  Provide Operational and Design Service Governance  
·  Report to the Account Delivery Executive and the Account Chief Architect  
·  Development of tool and reporting automation across the service domains 

Skills:

·  Extensive Service Management Design experience  
·  Proven service tool selection capability  
·  Proven experience of Service Management migration from CMO to FMO  
·  API, Interface and integration design experience  
·  ServiceNow Experience  
·  Ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders  
·  Ability to handle ambiguity
