Summary

Assists in determining access requirements for end users of ERP systems and applies the access rights to their user accounts.  Monitors business email mailboxes and provides administrative support to a busy department, including compiling monthly client reports. Full training will be provided.

Essential Job Functions

·  Responding to formal requests for ERP system user access for new users and account removal for leavers.
·  Amending access for existing users.
·  Gathering and analysing user requirements relating to their ERP system access and proposing options to business approvers.
·  Monitoring mailboxes for various supported clients, dealing with requests and assisting with resolution of issues raised.
·  Compiling regular and ad-hoc reports using Microsoft Office packages such as Powerpoint and Excel.

Basic Qualifications

·  5 GCEs at Grade B (new Grade 6) or above
·  Experience of SAP User Administration is desirable but not essential
·  A basic working knowledge of Microsoft office packages, particularly Excel Powerpoint, Outlook and Word.
·  Experience in a clerical role advantageous.

·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple shifting priorities
·  Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
