Role Description:

We are thrilled to introduce the position of Messaging Technical Support Engineer to people who find themselves ready for a new challenge. Our team is providing a reliable service to customers in different areas like boundary messaging, MS Exchange and O365. We are constantly looking to deliver the best customer experience in the most efficient way.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains and troubleshoots Microsoft O365/Exchange, boundary messaging and domino solutions
• Sets high standards in the field of technical guidance and provide effective solutions
• Optimizes processes and deliver high quality of experience to customers
• Acts as a reliable partner

Requirements:

Successful candidates should have technical knowledge and experience in one or more of the following:

• MS Exchange 2010/2013/2016
• MS O365
• MS Windows Server and Active Directory administration
• SMTP and Anti-spam solutions
• Network knowledge - addressing, routing, firewall, LAN/WAN
• DNS

In addition to your technical knowledge we expect you are:

• Analytical and problem solving type
• Attentive to details
• Well organized and self-driven person
• Fast learner that is able to overcome challenges in the fast changing tech world
• Fluent in English. German is considered as advantage
• Team player
• Keen to collaborate with customers every day, helping them get the most from our services, solutions and processes
