Responsibilities:
-In charge of reception area service, including switchboard, voice mail, express delivery, regular postal, fax service and customer reception.
-Establish company imagine
-Implement of office general services, including but not limited to, office and plant supply, furniture, stationery, communication management etc.
-Ensure world class office environment
-Provide on-time and effective administration support
- Quarterly report office expenses and timely report to Office Manager
- Control and make full year plan for office cost
- Manage and inspect office admin vendor. (includes stationary, decoration vendor, furniture , office green plants, courier EMS,DHL, office snacks , coffee bean, milk, drinks , tissue)
- Visitor management, provide high standard greeting keep reception & bar area clean and comfortable.
- Good communication with staff, and can deal with the office emergency

Main Tasks:
· Manage the reception area, receive guests and visitors
· In /out register, including employee and visitors
· Manage the meeting room s , including booking and arrangement
· In charge of telephone and fax operator
· Inspection whole office environment and all meeting rooms.
· Provide employee transportation and general logistic support
· In charge of receiving and sending office daily mail and parcels
· Stationery management
· Office vendor management
· To provide professional and cost-efficient reception and administrative service to Shanghai office
· Furniture management, space allocation, and other office equipment management
· Joiner/Mover/Leaver process support
· OHS support
· Support company activity
· O ther responsibilities assigned by superior

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile:
· One or two years of experience in the field of administration
· Experience in working in multinational
· Computer skills: MS Office and emails, skill in AutoCAD and strong IT sense is preferred
· Ability to work well in team environment
· Customer services oriented and flexibility
· Emergency response capability is a must Good communication skills
· Good negotiate skill
· Good in English writing and speaking
